The drainage issue would present only a small inconvenience if the drop is made over the top entry shelter. the 300mm riser would fill with water as we have tested by filling it up, and opening the fire door is still quite easy; you do get wet but that is not so bad if it&#039;s 40deg outside.

The resultant amount of water that gets into the shelter is very minor and barely covers the floor.

My preference is for a side entry shelter which is not affected by any of this.</description>
